Maximize Impact & Minimize Taxes

  • Stock or Securities Donation: Donate appreciated stocks or properties held for over 12 months to avoid capital gains tax and receive a tax deduction for their fair market value.
  • IRA Rollover Gift: If 70½ or older, donate directly from your IRA to avoid taxable income; if 73 or older, it may count toward your required minimum distribution.
  • Donor Advised Fund (DAF) Grant: Use your DAF to make an immediate impact.
  • Cash Gift: Ensure donations are made by December 31 to count toward this year's taxes and support those in need.

When you live obediently in giving your first and best, you don’t need to stress over your finances. Don’t try to fix these things yourself. Instead turn these needs over to Jesus and allow him to solve the problem. In doing so, you will find the rest and peace that you long for.

How do I use online giving?

Am I required to create an account before giving?
  • No. You do have the option to “continue as a guest” at the sign-in page, but we encourage you to create an account if you wish to retrieve a giving statement online at the end of the year or to manage a recurring gift. If your email is already in the system, then all you need to do is create your password. 
  • If you give as a guest, a giving record is created to retain your donation information, but no church database record is created.
  • Your email confirmation will be your only receipt; therefore, it is important to keep it for your tax records. If you find you need a statement or would like to review your giving history you can email [email protected] for assistance.
Can I designate my gift?

Yes. Select one of our giving options from the drop down menu. 

Can I give to more than one ministry with my one gift?

Yes. Select “+ Add donation” to designate more than one designation.

How do I manage my recurring gift?
  • After signing in to your account, click on your profile picture, then “View profile.”
  • Select “My Giving,” then “Recurring Donations.”
How do I obtain my giving statement?
  • After signing in to your account, click on your profile picture, then “View profile.”
  • Select “My Giving,” then “Donation History” or “Statements.”

Financial Accountability

Church on the Ridge maintains a certification with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). This certification requires that church maintain the highest standard of biblical accountability, financial controls, board governance, financial transparency, integrity in fundraising, and proper use of the organization’s resources. In addition, the Advisory Council meets each month to review and approve the church finances and an independent auditor performs a detailed finance and internal control audit.
